Wonderful and pleasant stay.
People were genuinely nice, always in a wonderful mood and extremely helpful. The "simpatia" from Natal in its maximum. Breakfast was excellent, great choices, variety and nice local foods.

- • Cleaning and weak room service, hotel needing a renovation, especially in the bathrooms, weak gym. Upon arrival, my bathroom sink and shower drain were clogged, water coming back through the sink, the safe didn't work, and during room cleaning, they didn't replenish the water bottles. In the evening, I realized there was no water in the minibar and requested it from reception, but no one showed up to bring the water. The next morning, I had to call again and request water, only then did they send it.

- • I had to ask 2 times.. on consecutive days.. to clean the room... I would go out and come back and the room was still not cleaned
