Nice stay in a magical place!
The hotel itself, located close to the medina yet away from the noise! Overall, the place is refined, in a chic Moroccan style. Comfort is everywhere. The staff is GENERALLY friendly and attentive. Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable room. Very good breakfast and the restaurant l'amandier is very high quality. The reservation service is very professional

- • Sometimes, a lack of seriousness, methodology, and communication in the staff... let me explain. Spa reservation time changed at the last moment, ended up having my treatment at the same time as my friend even though we had 2 different schedules. My treatment started a little after my friend's (we were in the same room) to end at the same time, 3 minutes is not a big deal but it doesn't leave a good impression. The pool bar service with a not always very pleasant waiter... some minor hiccups in the service but nothing serious except that I asked 4 times for the perfume that the hotel uses in its common areas, after the 4th time a receptionist gave me a rough idea of the scents and said the perfume came from Casablanca... I gave up! After booking a return transfer to the airport and despite my 3 confirmations, the day before and in the morning, the car was not there on time, excuses to tell us that the driver was on the way, in the end we went from 5 minutes late to 15 minutes!!! A situation that is not very professional for a 5-star hotel. Broken toilet bowl and faulty flush for your information.

Wonderful Service - Kind Staff
Absolutely stunning hotel just outside the Medina of Fes. What really stood out was the truly remarkable setting of the hotel itself, but even more so - the lovely service at the Patio area late in the afternoon. We had a wonderful service experience from Chakir who helped us with food, beverage and overall such friendly service. We loved our time at the hotel and really appreciated Chakir and the lovely staff at Palais Faraj
