Will definitely come back it beautiful place, clean rich breakfast, I stay on ap 70 on 7 floor nice view.
Every thing, except the receptionist lady when I checked in, she’s rude, unprofessional a blood woman, don’t remember her name. rest off staff very nice, specially the late shift receptionist, and the staff from breakfast. thanks for everything

A superb experience! From the staff to the facilities! The room was a dream, a comfortable bed, in the bathroom we had both a shower and a bathtub, the outdoor pool was a dream! Thank you for everything!

Great place in Cluj, definitely will come back

- • Only minus was at their spa, where the water was a bit cold and the jacuzzi was not working properly.
Our experience was a pleasant one, we fully enjoyed the outdoor pool.

- • Some services are not 5-star, including the food at the restaurant and the cleaning services offered during the stay. One day the room was not cleaned.

- • Cockroaches in our room AND fridge in the room and the receptionist laughed when we told her when we were paying our bill at the end
