Sphinx Aqua Park Beach Resort

We liked everything overall, all the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Mohamed Hassan Rooms Division Manager, Mr. Abdel Hamid Front Office Manager, Mr. Helal Assistant Front Office Manager, and Mr. Mohamed who cleaned our room and made a towel animal for us every day, he was always very helpful and ready to assist. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, the beach was also fantastic, one of the best places

Great stay

The staff is hospitable, the service is excellent, the facilities are comfortable, and the location is beautiful and ideal

This is my 4th time at this property. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they are very nice and lovely. Special thanks to Mr. Helal ❤️ and Mr. Mohammed for your care to have a perfect stay. Food is varied and good, and the special restaurant (the oriental dinner) was very good :)) The view is very nice over both the pool and sea, the rooms are very clean and big, and the beach is amazing with colored fishes and coral reefs suitable for swimming and scuba. The hotel is also inside the city so I sometimes take a tour in the city itself which is something I like to do. I always enjoy my stay there, my family and my siblings too :))

Excellent stay, magnificent hotel, and thanks to Mohamed, the manager, very attentive and responsive

The hotel is great, I liked everything, especially the warm welcome and the availability of the staff, always smiling and attentive to our needs

Customer service is well-managed. You'll have fun with the kids

Highly recommend
