- • I didn't like that I couldn't use my credit card in the hotel's restaurant even though the hotel accepted it. The room was too warm and the AC only gave warm air.

Great hotel with a very soft and comfortable bed but not Western friendly
This had the softest and most comfortable bed I have ever experienced in over 20 years of travel to China. The breakfast was good and a lot of variety but was the exact same everyday which after a week was a bit same/same. Great location

- • We had trouble paying for a taxi once ( not uncommon in China) so I asked if the hotel could lend me 15RMB or $2 to pay and they could charge it to my room or I’d repay them after I had changed some money but they refused. This I thought was really poor and showed no regard to me having booked a total of 14 nights with them.

Good and comfortable.
Bayshore Hotel in Dalian was nice and comfortable. However, the strange circular shower in the middle of the room had a leak that left the bathroom floor soaking wet. I requested some additional towels to our room since we used ours to put on the floor to mop up the volume of water that leaked but the staff just gave use 4 hand towels. That was disappointing. Nice location and close to Xinghai square, which is a great park on the waterfront.

期待通りのホテル
設備はそれほど新しくないが、清潔感があって特に不満はなかった。フロントの対応も迅速で良かった。ホテル周辺にレストランやコンビニが少ないことでやや不便と感じた。

Great place to stay.
The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. It sits on the bay between two amusement parks and a quiet, treed park. There are many restaurants and shopping there. It's a short walk to the bus stop and there are many places to go. We had fun. There's music in the clean streets from the local talent. When we go back we will stay at the Bayshore.

처음에 룸마다 금연실이 다있는게 아니라고해서 선택권이 쫌 뺏긴느낌이었지만 나쁘지않았고, 가장 출장지와 가까워서 거리면에서는 만족했습니다.

로비만 친절한 느낌.
직원들 서비스가 안좋음.(불친절함), 로비직원은 친절하나 부페식당 직원은 불친절하고 서비스도 엉망임.

객실의 오션뷰가 훌륭함
전반적으로 객실이 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있음. 직원들의 영어 수준은 부족하지만 최선을 다함. 호텔의 위치는 오션뷰를 즐기기에 최고의 위치에 있음.

当日の朝予約し、時間になったのでホテルに行ったがフロントの女性は「予約がない」の一点張り。予約番号を伝え、スマホの画面を見せるもチェックインできず、ホテルズドットコムに国際電話をかけることになった。結局ホテル側の不手際(処理もれ)であると判明したが、お詫びの態度は感じられなかった。ホテルの部屋は普通だが、窓からの眺望は良かった。また近くに子供が遊べるスポットがいくつかあり、子供連れには良いかも。

직원태도만 빼면 괜찮은 호텔
호텔 자체는 기대했던것보다 좋았음. 객실이 넓고 위치도 성해광장에 인접해있어 산책하러 다녀오기 좋음. 아침식사 메뉴도 베이커리를 제외하고는 좋았음. 다만 호텔 프론트데스크 여직원이 매우 불친절하고 책임감 없었음. 본인이 하던일을 마무리하느라 줄서있는 손님을 맞이 하지도 않고, 호텔스닷컴에 책임을 전가하는태도, 객실에 가는방법, 조식위치, 와이파이 등등 알려주는것도 하지 않음.

シャワーの排水口から臭いが上がって来ていて、部屋に入った瞬間、臭いと思う。 ああああああ なんか、もっと長くレビュー掛けとか、Exoediaうざいんですけど。

宿泊者専用、空港無料送迎（1日5回時刻表要確認）あり。朝食ビュッフェは満足。部屋は改装されてきれい。

住的海景房，但网上没有告知海景房住的是最低的，在9楼。不是很漂亮。设备一般，浴室地上太滑，几次险些摔倒。整体还不错，但是性价比真的不高。

抵达酒店是晚上9点多，感觉很累。可是前台只有一个服务生在办理入住。前面排了3位客人。所以等了很久，印象比较糟糕。 进入房间后，发现地毯上有很多污渍，显得不干净。房间温度非常高。我入住是12月中旬，室外零下，室内和夏天一样，穿一件单衣都热。后续的几个晚上，我都是关了空调，开着窗户睡觉。就这样，房间的温度还是居高不下。 这个酒店出门很不方便。周边被工地或在建项目包围着。每天晚上和早上都会被工地施工的噪音吵醒。 非常糟糕的一次入住。下次不会再选择这家酒店了。

Dalian trip '15
Overall, it was a good experience. I just had some trouble with the atm. My citi Mastercard is not able to withdraw from the only atm in the hotel, had to walk 15mins to xhinghai square to ccb for the atm. Also, most of the staff /people do not speak english well. It's hard to order room service and tell the taxi where you are going. You need the destination to written in chinese..

there was an ac unit, but the system seemed to be preset, the room was quite warm, but that was my only issue with the hotel. Otherwise, it wa a great place to stay!

酒店周围在修路，所以打车进去有点绕~总体感受还不错，干净，舒适。海景房对着大海和那个特色主题公园，无论是白天还是晚上都挺好看的~

订的是最基本的园景双床房，房间还可以，面积35㎡，床是1.2米的，我们把两张床拼在一起宽2.4米，两个大人两个小孩睡还算不太挤，不过本来一直以为五星级酒店的单人床都是1.35米的，结果有点失望~是高层，可开窗通风，说是园景其实是街景哦~早餐很丰盛，中餐西餐都有很多，另外餐厅有一侧座位可看海景，氛围挺好的~不过，卫生间和房间之间的墙是透明玻璃的，洗澡很不适应呢~还有最不满意的就是没有室内外恒温泳池，相对于五星级的级别来说有点太不可思议了~~性价比不高~~

从Hotel订房不是很顺利，办入住时酒店根本没收到订单，打客服电话说我订的是第二天的。我怎么可能订第二天的酒店？这事儿说不清楚，也就罢了。打了电话订单才同步到酒店。好吧，那改入住，酒店说这算提前入住，hotel改单就行。但hotel告诉我价格不一样，要加钱，加完钱都快赶上门市价了。问题是酒店说他们这两天的价格完全一样。我不明白Hotel加价的理由到底是什么？ 再说说酒店，位置非常好，楼下就是海洋世界，带孩子玩太方便了。景色也不错！但是，淋浴间居然是完全透明的，厕所也几乎无遮拦，我不理解这是什么设计？酒店房间不大，设施也谈不上华丽，没这个位置绝不值这个价。健身房很简易，也没有游泳池。

바닷가에 위치해 낭만이 있다.시설은 조금 올드한 분위기였다.외곽에 위치해 택시를 이용하기 어렵다.전체적으로 분위기와 서비스는 좋은 편이다.

位置好不等于服务好
到达酒店前台说没有接到Hotels的预订信息，让我等预订部回复，这一等就是40分钟。这期间我没看见前台有主动询问关于我预订的查询是否有结果了，当我忍无可忍跑到前台问询时，前台才打电话确认，办理入住。实在是不好的体验，酒店前台无所事事坐在那里不做事，一点都不关注客人的体验！

房间海景不错，不过太热了。很不理解为什么大连在20度的情况下房间里能有27度而且空调是中央空调，入住的时候冷气根本没开。酒店的服务还不错，给我们了一台电扇。此外，浴室是独立而且完全透明的，而且没有浴帘。两个人入住而且不是情侣的话，这间房子不会很方便。
