- • My room was in front of the main road so it was very noisy - honking, sirens, noisy exhaust sound, etc. The room window was obviously not soundproofed so did not have a good sleep the whole night

- • Parking is not very convenient. The front desk staff should be more professional—smiling and greeting guests would improve the experience. The front desk area looks messy and outdated.
