- • The use of the parking lot, a bit confusing, no direct access to the hotel and annoying because there is no secured box for guests.

A very classic hotel
The hotel is very beautiful and of classic style which we liked, a super comfortable room, an excellent bathroom, the breakfast was very good

- • The route from the basement where the car is parked to the reception is very confusing and also requires climbing stairs with luggage, well, I don't travel often to this city so it won't be something to worry about in the future
A pleasant stay
The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The location is excellent. We loved all the dishes we tried at the hotel restaurant.

One night in Bucaramanga
Large modern establishment. Very clean. Our room was pretty and spacious. We did not visit the city, just passing through but the hotel is well located. The staff is friendly and helpful.
