Не понравилось месторасположение. Попросила Луи поменять номер. Одна ночь, Новый год, гость из другой страны. Мог бы и помочь. Я знаю, номера были. Видно же на букинге. Противно. А я накануне отменила Интереонтиненталь в пользу Хилтона и очень пожалела

Отношения персонала которая работает в ресепшне, не говоря о депозите, просто сняла общую сумму из карты, потом говорят что данная сумма вернется через неделю, это было очень грубо

The ventilation and air conditionner does not work. We had to sleep at 27C in November.

はじめての大連、六連泊しました！さすがに貫禄のある佇まいで 安心度はあったが、部屋の冷蔵庫が不具合で、滞在中に三回取り替えたが ほとんど機能してなかったのは残念です。 部屋のハウスキーパーが、素晴らしい笑顔で 毎日 手抜きのないサービスをしてくれた。

It would of been a good stay only for the first night sleeping in a sweaty sauna.

Disappointed stay

I chose to return to the Dalian Hilton after a great stay in June, but this time, my experience at the Hilton Dalian was extremely disappointing. I believe there was a medical equipment group staying during my visit. The guests from that group displayed extremely rude behavior; they cut in line during check-in and were very noisy throughout the hotel. It seemed as if the hotel only prioritized the group's needs and didn't care about other guests. This groups was extremely terrible. They made this hotel not like a five star hotel anymore. A five star hotel should not even have these kind of guest. The first room I checked into had a terrible cigarette smell, and during breakfast, they had run out of soy milk by 9 am. Additionally, the bed sheets felt somewhat itchy. Overall, this stay was a disappointment. When I visited in June, I had a great experience, which is why I returned. However, this time, it was a complete letdown. The only two hotel employees I encountered who were extremely polite and helpful were Louise from the front office and Dongmei Du from housekeeping. They were truly exceptional. In summary, my stay was disappointing, and I will reconsider my choice the next time I'm on a business trip in Dalian.

Bad Hilton

I arrived about 9:30 after my flight was canceled no one around to help with my luggage the receptionist gave me a hard time service was very bad. The rooms are tired old and outdated the executive lounge is closed can’t rate the service as breakfast because there was no service no seating no offer of coffee just fend for yourself attitude.

Great view, fast service

Book a room with sea view, it’s worth the extra. Breakfast was good, but missed cheese and salmon, normally available at Hilton.

We had hope to get rooms next to each other or connecting rooms because of our big family and young children. They said there weren't any available but we saw that our next door rooms were empty...

Great Hotel But Time To Upgrade

We enjoyed our stay very much, especially the swimming pool and hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning of our stay to the end. Because of the coronavirus, I was anxious to see how they handled the buffet. I couldn’t see much change other than everyone being masked and sanitizer being available. I would recommend sanitizer be on each table, just like salt and pepper, because everyone is touching the handles of the dishes being presented. I also noticed a few things that need changing: first, this hotel has those old combination alarm clocks/phone chargers that no longer fit any kind of phone and there was no usb charger. Second, but this just might be me, I was surprised that there was no ledge in the toilet to place your phone on. Finally, the drain of our shower didn’t work very well and the water seeped out onto the bathroom floor. I also noticed in the men’s shower at the pool, that a grate had been removed to clean hair out from the drain but not replaced, meaning a guest had done it.

Friendly service but not enough English

Beautiful luxury hotel, but I was not very convinced with the services mostly due to lack of fluency in English at the concierge and a few of their restaurants. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, especially the Chinese food section, but the evening buffet needs to be improved. The food was cold, and didn’t have much varieties as it can be.

Fabulous Hotel

My stay here was very comfortable. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. Miriam in the executive lounge in particular. My room was spacious with a great view. The executive lounge was large and food served there was tasty. My stay was short but I couldn’t fault it.

Excellent place, staff and rooms. Overall for my stay for almost 3 weeks, I was really satisfied and feel at home and safe. ヒルトンには相応しくないホテル

国際展示場の正面にあって、海が見渡せる環境は良かったのですが、商業視察が無く、中心地から離れているため、観光には向いているとは思いません。ヒルトンなのに英語が通じず、チェックインも時間がかかり、フラストレーションがたまりました。ヒルトンブランドをもっと大事にして欲しいと思います。

The web site listed my room as a harbor view corner suite but there was only a small sliver of water visible from my room, not at all as expected. Also, the web site listed a hotel shuttle was available. The web site did not list that it was free so I expected a reasonable fee but when I inquired about the hotel shuttle I was told they do not have one but they could schedule a hotel car for 380RMB which is a ridiculous price, again not at all as expected. Very disappointing for a Hilton. The hotel restaurants were great, the staff was great and the live music was awesome so overall it was a decent stay.

Just okay

I stayed here while on a business trip to Dalian. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel itself was very grand inside with chandeliers everywhere (even in the lift!) The negatives were that the price of food and drink is massively marked up and about 3 times what you could get at a similar hotel in China. It is nice food though, but felt liked customers were being a bit ripped off. The pool area was nice to look at, but there were a few rules that are off-putting and uncomfortable for Westerners. For example, you must wear a swimming cap in the main pool - I have literally never used one in my life, and there were no signs anywhere saying so, and it's confusing to be told off for something you're unaware of. Perhaps they could give these out with towels? Also, in the plunge pools in the changing area you aren't allowed to wear a swimsuit and must go in naked 'for hygiene reasons'. I was unaware, and got told off for going in in a swimsuit so got out and didn't use them again. Both these things soured the supposed 'relaxing' experience. For an international hotel, it didn't feel very comfortable from a Western perspective. If you just need a room the hotel is fine, but I wouldn't book it for the restaurants/facilities.

Amazing hotel with extraordinary courteous staff. Facilities are amazing like swimming pool, yoga room and Gym. Amazing Dalian see view with fantastic restaurant of Japanese traditional Chinese and continentel. Head chef Gautam Sethi is amazing.

could have been a lot better, even though youa re not allowed to smoke in the hallways, I always found a smell in the hallways. the room was a smoker's room and the air was not fresh at all. it was clean but the air was not fresh. Prepare yourself with translate app, the English is not at conversational level.

Great time at Hilton Dalian

The hospitality and kindness met in this hotel was quite great including service and room very comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner delicious, and staff very kind and avaliable to help you anytime I was needing support. I advise anyone read this, to try the experience to stay at Hilton Dalian even because also Dalian city deserve a visit when you will be there

Well i suggest reviewers to be more realistic. This hotel is in a new development area and has absolutely nothing else in walking distance except kfc, pizza hut and mcd during winter at freezing wind coming from sea. It might be a better idea to stay here during summer. Stayed i a corner room with a broken wifi and had to dig in for 3 days to find cheese at during breakfast located behind the kids playground at the corner of sushi bar. This not what “Hilton” means to me.

CHINA’s BEST HILTON

I have stayed at this Hilton on several occasions and last week was our most recent visit. My business takes me to several Hilton properties in China in different cities and I find Dalian Hilton to be the best amongst all although all Hilton properties give reasonably good treatment to Diamond members like me. With Dalian Hilton, it is not just the grand , brand new property , with rooms and suites outstanding in decor and maintenance, but it is the staff who take care of guests as if they are family. No request is taken lightly and the entire team makes guest experience memorable. Special recognition goes to Mr Sharma, the GM, and his outstanding management team such as Mr Denzil Pereira the operations Manager and Gautam Sethi , the Executive Chef , who will even personally cook for you for a special request, as I had , due to my dietary preferences. And top service standard displayed by Christina of Executive Floor and Joyce at Concierge were just outstanding. After I checked out from Dalian Hilton, our team checked in at Waldorf Astoria in Beijing , and comparatively , quality and standard of staff at WA was so inferior that I think WA needs to send their team to Dalian Hilton for training as a way to improve. Well Done Dalian Hilton.

港湾広場駅から徒歩１０分ぐらいですが、非常にわかりにくく見つからないので、コンラッドを目指してください。コンラッドと隣り合わせです。最低価格の部屋にもかかわらずシャワーやトイレは個室で、カーテンも電動など非常に機能的です。個人的にはレストランやバーが気に入りました。高価格でなければ夏場にも泊まりたいと思います。

The Staff are absolutely wonderful!

I was in Dalian for a business trip and stayed at this hotel. The hotel itself is great, the food is ok but what made my experience unforgettable was the Staff. From the concierge through to cleaning staff, waiters and other staff. They were exceptional in their quest to provide excellent service. Special mention to Joyce and Wendy for going the extra mile.

Three nights meeting

Got upgrade to corner room, nice sea view and good service. Offered me fruit plate on day two. Buffet lunch not bad for those BBQ meat. Unfortunately didn't try pool and gym. But location a bit far from busy area. Need to get cab.

What a hotel!

I have traveled the world and stayed in some premium hotels but this one is my new favorite! The service (especially concierge) was fantastic. The food in the main restaurant was great too.I also had a Sea View room and would highly recommend this.My only areas of dissatisfaction were with the poor internet and the ultra firm bed. Upon reflection, I should have inquired about a replacement mattress and a higher level of internet to see if they could solve these issues.

I stayed 2 nights with my family at Hilton Dalian on 4th week of October. It was my first visit to Dalian and I could get very happy experience at there. Dalian was really clean and beautiful city and Hilton hotel located along a beautiful shores. And, Hilton hotel seems like one of landmark at Dalian port. The hotel building has very modern style and well maintained rooms & restaurants. And, the hotel has very large & luxury lobby with one big restaurant for guests. Before visit this hotel, I asked some preparations for my young daughter and I could get very fast response from the hotel. One hotel staff 'Christina' supported me and she gave me her helping hands for my reservation. During my stay, I didn't have any inconvenience. My room was really clean and executive lounge was also very nice. All staffs are very kind and they have very supportive manner for guests. I think it's not easy, but all staffs have very delightful & active manner. Especially, I'd like to give my special thanks to 'Chloe'. I have never met such professional staff before. Chloe has really nice manner to communicate with me and she has very careful considerations for my family. She always support on customer's position and she always think about customer's requirements in advance. Hilton Dalian is really good hotel and Chloe make the hotel more shine. And, she makes my family would like to visit again this hotel soon.

Overall is good but there is no USB plug for phones charger In the room, I saw a lot of hotel has it but not in this hotel. Since this Hilton is a bit far and can’t find any electronic store available.

Relax in Luxury

Excellent Service in modern luxury with beautiful views.... Perfect place for a secluded getaway... The Views of the bay are breathtaking at sunrise. The lights and the Foutains below are relaxing a sunset.

The staff were lovely and helpful, they really paid a lot of attention to each and every guest. I was only there for one night but I would definitely return.

This Hotel is situated in excellent location. With city views and next to the Dalian Harbour. Not far from the Dalian airport . The facilities and services are being maintained in international standard. Buffet breakfast may require more varieties... quite satisfied with their hospitality. Executive rooms and lounge are being professional services..... highly recommended this hotel..

海が見えてロケーションは最高でした。そばに飲食店は少ないけど地下鉄等を利用すれば問題ありません。大連の新名所になりそうな東方水城にもちょうどさんぽにいいきょりでした。ただ季節が冬だったので、残念ながらゴンドラ等は利用できなかったけど暖かくなったら十分楽しめそうです

Booked the Night for a stay for my 1st wedding anniversary. We had a fantastic view of the Harbor and Harbor Square. The breakfast was probably of the best quality and selection that I have ever had in any hotel that I have stayed at. It was top notch. Because it was our anniversary the hotel staff even delivered a small congratulatory cake to our room, on the house. It was a very nice stay overall and will recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances in the future.

Extremely highly recommended

The stay was marvelous from the moment we arrived. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful particularly with helping us get around as we didn't speak Chinese. Breakfast in the hotel was the best ever with everything to choose from, from Chinese to Japanese, to Continental to Western style breakfast. Beautiful sea view from the room and a lovely board-walk right across the road. I was there was a conference and the conference centre was across the road (is also a theatre). Although on the edge of the city, it was easy to get around. Taxis are their main form of transport and were fairly cheap to use. Bus, train and tram lines were also within walking distance of the hotel.

It was pretty nice though my room didn't seem to get as cool as I set it to be. Linens were not as premium as some of the other hotels we stayed at. Other than that it was a good stay.

Nice hotel close to harbor

Pros: 1. Hotel staff are professional and warm hearted. 2. Very close to harbor and I can walk several minutes to hotel after I arrive Dalian by ship. 3. Convenient to call taxis. Cons: 1. The ocean view is not that good and I can only see a limited view of the harbor from my corner room. Maybe it's better if the room is at the front instead of back.

Great hotel in a future hotspot

Very nice hotel. I had been looking forward to spending some time there as it is very new. Nice to try something new. The hotel was very comfortable, and the food at the restaurants very tasty. I'd recommend anyone to try out, so long as they don't mind extended waits for taxis. The staff were also helpful, and quick to work. I would definitely consider going back. But I had three experiences I did not like: 1 - The hotel, while in an area that will be ***in a few years*** a popular location, is very inconvenient. They are able to call taxis, but they take forever to arrive. The hotel is located "near" downtown, but is not in fact in downtown. Keep this is mind when booking. I booked knowing this, but did not anticipate such long waits for taxis. I imagine this problem will lessen in a few years when there is more traffic in the area. 2 - My room (1625) had quite a bit of mold right at the entrance on the wood paneling that backs the shower. I imagine there is a water leak due to poor construction quality. Not really a true health issue to short term travelers, but a health issue never the less. I noticed in the shower floor that something had been done, probably to fix the leak. If they fixed that, I do not understand why they have yet to replace the moldy panel. It is unsightly. 3 - WiFi is not free. ~$15 a day (100RMB). This may be a general thing in all Hilton hotels, I am not sure, but needs to be mentioned. Hotels should not be charging for WiFi. It is 2012.
