New Year ruined
Did not like the location. Asked Louis to change the room. One night, New Year's Eve, a guest from another country. Could have helped. I know there were rooms available. Clearly seen on Booking.com. Disgusting. And I canceled the Intercontinental in favor of Hilton the day before and regretted it very much

The attitude of the staff working at the reception, not to mention the deposit, just deducted the total amount from the card, then they say that this amount will be returned in a week, it was very rude
