If you want to stay in a medieval Hanseatic city, Helgeand is the obvious choice as it feels a bit like going back to the time when King Valdemar and Birger Jarl resided in the country. Short walk to the main square and Almedalen

- • Worn out and in need of refurbishment! Our mattress was old and worn out! We had a rental car and when we checked in, the reception said it was good if we left a note on the car window that we were hotel guests. What they did not inform us about was that it cost 270 SEK/night
So happy with the service, accommodation, location!
Comfortable beds, fresh bathroom with a nice shower and products that you like (very helpful when arriving by plane). Family-friendly and very friendly staff. The location is perfect and the cultural values you both live in and have around you enhance the experience

Good atmosphere, the most genuine accommodation. Old beautiful buildings, stylishly furnished. Quiet location with a courtyard and beautiful ruin, very central. Friendly and caring staff. Tasteful breakfast

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, a warm and family atmosphere! Helpful and friendly owners and staff. Cozy room with comfortable beds and fresh bathroom. Good breakfast with a lot of homemade items! Nice courtyard to sit and have breakfast. Quiet and peaceful location yet very central! Good parking. We will gladly come back!
