Great value and a comfortable stay. Just what we needed!
Location. Bed was good. Shower and bathroom were good. Laminate floors. Staff were cordial. Had a quiet room location.

My stay was good though, they have a few nice staff who are very friendly especially the one on night duty

- • I had booked a room with a kitchenette, but upon arrival, I was given a motel-type room with just a microwave and no stove
Spacious, comfortable accommodation at an affordable price
The truth is that it was very spacious (we chose one with two bedrooms and a kitchen) and it looked clean. It is true that to go to downtown Ottawa you need to take a car or public transport since it is in Gatineau, but that makes it more affordable.

- • There is nothing particularly noteworthy. Only that, although we did not use the kitchen/oven, in said oven, from a previous guest, aluminum foil with food remnants (cheese and tomato) was left. We understand that the cleaning service missed it, as overall, everything looked clean.
