Exceptional service and hospitality
Lovely stay at Fairmont. The compound and room were beautiful, with a great view of the hills. Staff were very kind and helpful. Many thanks to Ms Punam - service and hospitality were exceptional.

The whole experience and hospitality was delightful and very enjoying! 2 days feltv ll like absolute like home, the staff is very friendly and well-trained! Food, ambience, hospitality, pictures and good time🌟🫶🏻 While I checked out, I left a top of mine by mistake in the room, I later contacted the lost and found team by Chhagan Bairwa. He is very good at his job, talks sweetly and communicated all very very nicely🌟
