- • 1- The deposit applied this year is not appreciated, I think, by the majority of occupants, even though the constraints are explained at the time of payment.. It would be useful to anticipate it on booking sites to avoid surprises for new customers.. 2- If I am not mistaken, your staff, especially the veterans, reserve a little smile and too much attention for non-Moroccans (I would like to be next to this perception..)

- • Every late afternoon in the hotel restaurants, loud music starts, also live. The cacophony of overlapping sounds of two or three performers makes staying on the cozy balcony unpleasant, and at night it disturbs the room even with the balcony closed (they play until midnight). If someone likes to party and comes back late at night, I recommend the hotel, but if you want to relax and rest and sleep at night, only in the room, closed balcony plus earplugs. And I just asked for a quiet room...
I love the hotel in its entirety. It delivered everything every day. Would definitely choose it again.
