Lacking of personal service, not value for money
Extensive range of local, Japanese and western selections in breakfast. Outstanding bread section that even had sourdough! Very attentive restaurant staff. Free minibar and snacks in rooms.

- • Bookings were messed up between guest rooms and my complimentary upgrade was given to our friend instead. No solution after talking to staff was a big NO NO! The hotel also mishandled my friend's credit card guarantee procedure prior to arrival which created unnecessary dramas. There was minimal furniture in our quadruple room which only provided a small desk and one chair. Severe lack of storage and table top for a 5 nights stay! The hotel lobby was dotted with plenty of snacks, wines and souvenir merchandise for sale while seats in the waiting area were inadequate, especially when the hotel also had other functions on, catering for outside guests who were waiting around as well. It became very chaotic!
