Great location, close to the airport, Chimei Museum, cultural center, and even the funeral parlor. The living function near the cultural center is very good, and you can walk through the cultural center.

- • The worst part is the hotel doesn't offer bottled water, not exactly sure if it's a government policy or some sort. They use "eco-friendly" as an "excuse" for not offering bottled water. You will have to carry a kettle to fill the water at the dispenser, one of the worst hotel staying experiences that I ever had. Not offering bottled water and claiming that as "eco-friendly" doesn't make any sense, you could do better recycling. Not offering bottled water doesn't reduce the manufacturers producing those... if you want to claim to be a quality hotel, then install a water dispenser in every room instead of asking guests to walk down the hallway refilling water
