We were upgraded to a suite so we were delighted to have a jacuzzi and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The property is very enjoyable and the room we stayed in was superb. The staff was super friendly. The bartenders were very chilled and happy making your day better.

- • The check-in service was very slow. All information was given verbally and imprecise. The beach service was very bad, I asked for two seats and an umbrella and they told me there were none left at 9 AM, however, shortly after I saw that they were giving them to other guests, I suppose they were giving money.

- • Not enough staff at the front desk and poor management of groups. Lack of communication about dinners at the restaurant and inefficient use of the reservation system. Extremely difficult to open the shower door. Taxi requested for departure 3 hours in advance but not called, delayed by 15 minutes.

Very bad attention, they never changed the sheets. Besides, they didn't even fill the minibar or put water. The restaurants are never available, the rooms always smelled damp.

- • A complete disaster, very bad vacation, the worst I've ever had, they should rethink their operation, also they made us pay up to three times, they never had the bill
