- • The attention of the staff, the meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are very poor, the menu is very, very limited and the 'special' has an additional cost as well as non-national drinks. You pay for an all-inclusive but it doesn't feel like it. I will not go back.

- • First: communicating by phone is almost impossible and when we managed to do it, we asked to enter the facilities earlier even if we didn't have a room. Despite our early departure at 5 am, they did not allow us and offered us a day pass with an additional payment... Second. They have reservation restaurants, one of the most interesting is Nativos, which did not work on weekends or holidays (we didn't see it). Third. We were in a suite and despite it being an all-inclusive hotel, they never refilled the minibar. Fourth. Pray for no rain because there is no protection in the hallways and you end up soaked. I believe the cost-benefit ratio is not adequate
Estelar Manzanillo Hotel – Honest All-Inclusive Review
Estelar Manzanillo Hotel – Honest All-Inclusive Review Check-in & Food Check-in is at 3pm, but lunch isn't available at that time — only limited snacks (burger, nachos, or soup). The soup option is a nice touch for guests arriving tired from their trip. Heads up: after 5:15pm there's also no food available until dinner time, so there's a long window with no options. When It Rains If it rains, the beach and pool close, basketball court, and tennis court are always disabled — there's basically no covered backup activities. Kid Fun Club It shows up on the hotel map, but in practice it no longer exists. Important to let families with kids know so they don't count on it. Umbrellas & Beach Before the official beach opening time, umbrellas are already 'reserved' — guests wake up early, place a hotel towel, and leave. This creates frustration for guests who show up at the actual opening time. Beach Vendors There are vendors on the beach who will ask multiple times even after you've said you're not interested. Drinks All bar drinks come with alcohol by default. Asking for a non-alcoholic version can get an attitude from the bartenders — worth mentioning so clients know what to expect. Luggage Carts Tricky to maneuver in and out of the elevator — a minor but annoying logistical detail. Extra Costs (worth flagging for client expectations) Restaurant in the bar area near the lobby VIP beach zone 'Early' services (early check-in, early access, etc.) Airport transportation (to/from)
