Prior to this stay, it was communicated that it was my mother's birthday, and the hotel also mentioned preparing a small cake. However, the actual delivery time was late, slightly affecting the celebratory atmosphere. At the same time, the proactivity of some staff members needs improvement, for example, fewer staff members greet guests in public areas. Looking forward to further enhancement in service details.
