Excellent, first class plus and staff exceptional.
Everything. All the staff are exceptional and extremely helpful. Only stayed for two nights and I would not hesitate in staying here again. Highly recommend, this hotel is superb! Location is excellent for Westminster and the surrounding area, easy walk from and to Waterloo Railway Station.

Poor hygiene, average hardware, good location
Very good location, next to St. James's Park, within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and subway at the doorstep.

- • Booked an executive twin room, given a room at the end, layout is very different from the pictures. The bathroom is particularly different, the bathroom in the display picture has frosted glass partitions, our room shower is transparent glass, and the toilet is just there without a partition. There is no view outside the window on the lower floors. The toilet often continues to flush for a long time after flushing, and you need to forcefully hit the flush switch to stop it (later found out it's a common issue), the door chain in the room is broken. I have never seen such a dirty sofa (later found out it's actually a common issue). I advise everyone not to stay in room 109. The next day, I coordinated with the hotel and changed to other rooms for the last two nights, slightly better. The bed is too soft, does not help relieve fatigue. The variety of food in the lounge is limited, and when there are many people, the serving cannot keep up. The hotel staff are all very nice, but the stay was not pleasant.
