- • At night there was some noise from the street and the room has a strange layout. One side of the bed had no outlet.

- • Very old structure, we were assigned a dilapidated room without a closable window with a broken mosquito net, with noise from the air conditioner engine and a window that slammed shut. After our complaints, they tried to say that was how it was, but we kept complaining and at that point they gave us a new decent room. They probably have a special treatment for bkg customers

- • The attention from the receptionist at the time of check-in was terrible. The air conditioning in the rooms we used took hours to cool down, and for the cleaning, we had to take photos for the reception to believe that the room was still dirty

- • That the TV does not work, it turns on but there is no access, suddenly if you want to relax watching a program or movie. In my case, I brought my car, and I saw that it said it included parking, which I ended up paying for, fortunately it is not much, but it is not fair that it is not specified.

The location undoubtedly, close to all the beautiful places and with shops open until late at night, and I am grateful for the room change I requested and they helped me with.

- • It is a hotel that needs maintenance, it is very old, very beautiful on the outside and the interior courtyard, but the rooms have remained years behind. It is not logical to have a tiny bathroom without natural or forced ventilation, which opens directly to a bed, with all the smells that entails, very old towels with stains and frayed, quite creepy. The sink is right next to another bed, outside the bathroom. And the pool area is even worse, it needs urgent remodeling. I had a room there and asked for a change because it scared me, the window was a serious system of slats with a broken mosquito net facing an interior courtyard where I think any bug/insect could get in and with very little or no natural light. Luckily, the staff kindly facilitated a room change for me, and I am very grateful for that, but it is evident that it must have been a beautiful hotel in its day and what basically saves it is the location. In the courtyard, there are some tables and even a bar where I have not seen anyone or anything, you can't even order a simple drink. Obviously, there is no breakfast service. It's a shame, really, it has a lot of potential and it's super neglected.
