Good central location
Good location for errands in the center. A little lack of cleanliness on floors and furniture unlike the bathroom, which looked very clean and nice. One of the pillowcases was dirty and some hairs could be seen. Overall, a good quality vs price ratio.

My room has no internet service. You put me in the worst room in the hotel. The room was cold and smelled bad.

Not recommended for allergic individuals
I highlight the hotel's location. There's not much else; apparently, only one person is in charge of everything; the rooms have accumulated dust and dirt in the bathroom, which was not pleasant. It is a very comfortable place, but they should improve customer service and cleanliness.

Improvement needed in the facilities, the dark stairs were not suitable for children and the elderly; we should have been given a more accessible room. The bathroom was damaged (not repaired), a light bulb was broken (repaired).

The room window didn't close. The towel hanger was broken. The check-out time was stated as 1 pm. I had to check out by 12 pm.
