- • They have horrible food and beverage setup impossible to eat in the restaurant for dinner without a 3 week prior reservation. The room service is terrible they do not pick up the phone and the cart is super limited. I had to go to the Albert Heijn buy some food.

- • Had to change rooms due to Aircon not working, sent engineers up and they said it would work, so I waited an hour. Second room I went to, the curtain was broken…terrible night sleep

- • We did not feel that some of the staff cared about the guests. Rather, it was learned, courteous, at Mandarin Oriental the weakest we have experienced (it was our 4th Mandarin Oriental). Even the hotel management ignored relatively negative feedback, which has not happened to us so far.
