We simply ignored the chaotic situation around the terrace and the restaurant.
The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. Particularly noteworthy is that they provided us with another room temporarily and at no extra cost.

- • Overall, we found the price-performance ratio to be inadequate. The service offered for the price charged is rather limited.
Terrible cost-benefit ratio! They charge for what the hotel used to be, now it feels like an abandoned hotel at resort prices.

Nice location, friendly and helpful staff at the reception
The location is excellent! The terrace is very beautiful, sitting there and seeing the iguanas and pelicans is fantastic

- • The breakfast service! That young girl was not trained, she didn't know how much water is needed for 2 cups. And a small piece of bread and cheese would also be nice. They start cleaning up at 8:50, even though breakfast is until 9 o'clock. At 9:30, the staff is calmly having breakfast. The guest is disturbed.

- • No facilities in this hotel - it's a typical bed & breakfast. Absolutely nothing to do - no pool, no terraces, no sunbeds. Just sitting in a small room. It's a crazy price for this! We decided to cancel the reservation after seeing how bad it looked. We lost over 1000 dollars and switched to a normal hotel with a pool and terrace. The hotel manager didn't agree to refund even a part of our money. If you need a place to relax after many beautiful trips in Galapagos, don't book this B&B. It's definitely not a real hotel.

- • Inside the territory, there is a kind of swamp that significantly increases the number of mosquitoes. There are no vegetables at breakfast. There is a strange bar nearby where on Saturday night music played very loudly after midnight, so we had to go and talk to the hotel administration about why they couldn't calm them down, as it was greatly disturbing our sleep. Nevertheless, the conflict was resolved, for which we thank the hotel.

Unique location in the middle of the mangrove at the edge of the town. You wake up with birds flying around the cottage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast by the water is great.

- • The price is a bit high for the amenities. The room was tidy, but nature comes in every day through gaps and cracks in the door. We had ants in the bathroom every morning.
