Exceeded our expectations!!! Every year we come to Milan and stay in the Quadrilatero. Armani is modern. Excellent spa. Very friendly people. It's the best I've ever been to!!!! Also, I went down to the magnificent boutique and renewed my wardrobe!!!!!

A very bad experience: no air conditioning as expected from a five-star hotel, insects and bites all night long, and restaurant bills made me feel like I was being ripped off
And nothing honestly. I paid the price of a five-star hotel, but what I got was an experience that wasn't even worth half the amount. To this day, I'm trying to figure out where exactly the five stars are

- • Where do I start? A five-star hotel without air conditioning in most rooms, in the peak of August! Unreasonable. You pay a very high amount expecting to relax, and in the end, you have to open the window to be able to sleep. And of course, when you open the window, the insect party begins. Insects entered the room and we woke up with our bodies full of bites. And the best part? Not just one night... two full nights living the same suffering. In short: you pay a five-star price to sleep in the heat of August, with the window open, and you and your family become an open buffet for insects. The hotel talks about millions spent on renovations. Excellent, but the question is: where did it go? Because the simplest thing a guest needs in August — a comfortable and air-conditioned room — they couldn't provide. Then the restaurant came and completed the experience. After the issue with the bill and the way it was explained to me, I reviewed the receipts and found that what was told to me didn't match what I saw in front of me. And when I asked the employee about it, instead of getting a clear explanation, she asked me if I wanted her to lose her job! I came to a five-star hotel, not to investigate my bills and try to understand what was charged and why. I left the hotel feeling like I was fooled from start to finish. For me, the experience was catastrophic: overpriced, most rooms without air conditioning, insects and bites, and a restaurant experience that made me completely lose trust in the place. If there were less than a star, I would choose it. I will never return to it, and I will never recommend it to anyone. Save your money, your nerves, and go anywhere else
