First time in Charleston... thank you!!!!!
My daughter and her boyfriend and I stayed here and it was very comfortable beds beautiful view for the first time being in Charleston the food for breakfast was delicious the jacuzzi felt wonderful that is the main reason we booked this place cuz hardly any hotels have jacuzzis indoor and with my disability I needed that. Lori and Kevin were exceptional at the front desk concierge they were able to give us a late check out extra sheets whatever we needed very very good at customer service. Reya is the one who checked us in she treated us like we were family she made sure we had water bottles extra towels bedding for the sofa sleeper any questions we had she was a very quick on answering them. I would recommend this hotel for a very comfortable and ease of a stay.

This was my first visit to Charleston, and she truly embodied the professionalism and hospitality of the IHG brand. When I ran into an issue printing from the guest computer, she immediately offered her assistance and resolved it with a smile. After a long day, her kindness and attention to detail made all the difference — it’s the little things that really stand out.

A Great Festival weekend
A centrally located facility with great amenities. Well-kept with a staff that was friendly and very helpful. Dale was a wonderful limo driver, navigating Charleston festival traffic with ease. 24 hour coffee bar and complimentary full breakfast. Great accommodations made for a great trip.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is old, the shower doors were falling apart. The king bed was not king, because the gap between the headboard and mattress was 6 inches. The trash truck showed up at 5 am, I didn't get much sleep! I specifically booked this hotel for the Hot tub/Jacuzzi and of course it was NOT working! But the room cost more than local hotels, because it had this amenity. They said I could have canceled the room for free, but I was already committed for a flight the next day. I'm very disappointed for an IHG hotel. I won't be using these hotels again, and stay in a lot of hotels.

The airport shuttle was great. Loved that it ran 24 hours. Had late flight upon arrival and an early one in the morning Very clean, great employees and breakfast was great. Served real food not just waffles. They even had a PANCAKE MACHINE! What more do you need
