Overall very good structure. Excellent breakfast, varied and of quality, definitely one of the strengths of the stay. The rooms are comfortable, although unfortunately they are not very soundproof and you can hear noises coming from other rooms or common areas. I also note the lack of courtesy slippers in the room, a small detail that would be nice to find in a structure of this level. However, overall, a positive experience and recommended structure.

- • It was difficult to change or charge the daily rates, I had two reservations canceled by Booking even though I unblocked my card, which was blocked for security reasons after a payment. I contacted the hotel, they said I had to resolve it with Booking, Booking passed it to the hotel. I was very unhappy with this part of the reservation management by Booking.
