- • I would increase the room prices and decrease the prices of drinks and food. I find €7.00 for a can of soda absurd. This is because we know it's overpriced 21 times. But we know nothing about the prices of the accommodations. And you can immediately see that it's top-notch, so it's reasonable that it's expensive.
Wonderful trip
I am very happy with the excellent services at the airport. Especially Ms. Hien - airport manager, Linh - airport waiter, and Tuyen - airport chef, so lovely and professional. I don't want to leave anymore.

Amazing property with wonderful staff. I had high expectations and they were all met and more. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vietnam.

One word: Perfection
Everything was perfect! The food is excellent and the staff are adorable! I have been to many hotels in the world and this one truly stood out to me. I will definitely come back with my family Inshaa Allah.

Had a fantastic stay at InterContinental Danang! The resort is stunning, but the exceptional service truly sets it apart. A huge thank you to Miso, Chris, and Hà Võ for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. I also want to specifically recognize Đông, Tuấn, Vera, Uyên Lê, and Henry for their quick support and always going above and beyond to ensure our trip was flawless. 10/10 experience!

Disappointed
The design of the penthouse is beautiful, it has a large balcony, and an ok-sized dipping pool. The position of the penthouse is beautiful. The breakfast menu is fresh and satisfying.

- • Unfortunately, we had an issue the 1st night - our aircon wasn't working, but first thing in the morning they attended and got it fixed. The 2nd night, after a long day at Hoi An, we thought we'd have something to eat before going to our penthouse at the Long Bar. We ordered a burger and were told it would take 20 minutes. The first burger came 45 minutes later and the second burger came 1 hour later. The next morning (3rd day), we thought let's enjoy our balcony and the pool for the day. After my shower, I was going to wear the robe hanging on the bathroom wall, but I saw a stain on it. That was the last straw, we just wanted to check out and ended our 4-night stay after 2 nights.

The best hotel
Bill Bensley is the master of decor. Truly the most stunning hotel I've ever stayed in so far in my entire life. Beautiful rooms in a beautiful hotel set in an absolutely heavenly location. Each corner is explicitly designed, what a hotel, what service, the whole package. Impeccable service and attention. The Sunday brunch in Citron was amazing. Stunning food for days and far too much to eat. But you'll try. :) Tingara, the Japanese restaurant, was mouth-watering. Cooked by the proudest chef I think I have ever seen. Definitely worth it. The beach at this hotel is gorgeous. Attentive staff. Cool towels, cold water, the occasional mini corn on the cob or sweet potato delivered while relaxing to the sound of the sea. Heaven in a hotel. ❤️
