Excelentes instalaciones con calefacción, agua caliente, TV de pantalla plana y camas y almohadas muy cómodas. A 15 minutos a pie de la plaza principal. Personal de recepción amable y servicial. Desayuno completo.

Equipo muy educado y servicial. Buen desayuno y excelente ubicación, a solo 15 minutos caminando de la Plaza de Armas. La ducha es excelente y el calentador en la habitación ayuda mucho con las frías madrugadas de Cusco. También me encantó el hecho de tener té y hojas de coca disponibles en todos los pisos.

After spending two nights in an airbnb with no hot water and heat, I booked this hotel for a week. When I checked in, the room assigned to me was on the lower level and I informed Fabricio that I have an issue with no window or lower level rooms, and he immediately accommodated me to a better room so that I can have a comfortable stay while in Cusco. He's an amazing person - all five stars to him. The hotel overall was great - hot water, heat, clean linen. Since I work remotely, the wifi was above 500mbps. Overall a very positive experience. If I'm in Cusco again, I will definitely be staying at this hotel.

It doesn't correspond at all to the photos. These are small rooms without a window or with a window that overlooks the interior of the hotel. However, hot shower and good bedding.

- • Small room without a window with no possibility of changing. No window so it smells damp despite an active cleaning service (but not during your stay).

- • Very loud on the street. The staff was not very friendly, it was more like being tolerated. We have experienced this very differently in other hotels.
