Elaine and Kero are fantastic, plus the rest of CityInn staff
Elaine at the front desk remembered my Mom from 2 years ago and wrote a wonderful message when we left. Kero from the over night front desk staff also made a custom card, dessert, and candies for my nephew's birthday. What a great surprise. I've stayed several times and at different CityInn's and they are all great. The one at Ximending is awesome for the location and the staff.

It was right in front of Ximen Station, and there was a Korean-speaking staff who was kind. They even asked if I had an umbrella and gave free ramen from 10 PM to 12 AM.
