Staff very friendly. Rooms beautifully decorated but not without issues. We asked to move rooms due to various issues. Some are underground with an eye-level view of the car park! Breakfast chaotic, tables not cleared quickly and took ages to get hot drinks and take orders. Too expensive for everything not to be perfect.

Beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings! Staff were really friendly and helpful! The spa and pool were excellent. We were recently married and the staff arranged a gift for us which was a really nice touch!

We were contacted prior to arrival about dining reservations. The main lobby and bar area were grand! The breakfast room and options were generous and delicious! Our room was lovely and spacious - even though it was quite a long walk to our hallway.
