- • First of all, the staff is not helpful at all... At checkout, they told us we hadn't paid and forced us to wait for the manager, only to find out that the issue was between the hotel and some website and the receptionist was really unpleasant, same goes for this manager... After meals, there was simply nothing to eat and everything was cold and dry. Even at breakfast, there was no selection at all, and the dinner was simply embarrassing to pay for, and such an amount of money for this food was really at the lowest level possible. The next day, we went out for a walk and when we returned, the room was not cleaned, so we asked at the reception to have the room cleaned, and we would go out again to walk around. When we returned after two hours, it was still dirty... I took towels myself because they didn't bring us any, and then I went back to the reception to say that it still wasn't cleaned, and the receptionist's response was just strange. I wanted to have tea in the room and there were no cups, so they told me to go to the dining room myself to get cups. After a few hours, they came to clean the room, and in total, they took out garbage and poured a liter of economy in the sink, which made the stay in the room unbearable. In short, it was a very low-level experience below any possible criticism
Not nice attitude, a filthy accommodation place, rooms not tidy as they should be, lacking paper towels, lacking towels, reception not answering the phone, I didn't like the hotel at all, they show you other pictures and bring you a ruined room

- • When we mentioned that we had a birthday and came with nothing, they said they would do something in the evening, and then when we asked again, they gave us a weird look without a smile

- • At check out, the reception insisted that I had also taken meals on Saturday noon when I had only had dinner on Friday night, with the bill as proof. Despite that, they insisted only to finally admit that it was their mistake. Too bad. And this morning, access to the pool was not allowed due to overflow. Otherwise, it's a bit windy and a bit noisy. But overall, a good impression

- • Dirty children's playroom with a tobacco smell (staff goes out to smoke in the parking lot and the smell enters the playroom), no access to the sea from the hotel even though it is claimed to be on the first line, there is no direct descent or access to the beach. No coffee available during the day, quite boring.
