- • Street noise, thin walls (noises from neighboring rooms and hallway clearly audible), very small and outdated bathroom/toilet

- • It was the period of the Ice Saints and the heating was already turned off, the room did not get warmer than 18 degrees. Also, there was no hot water in the evenings. The extra bed was too short for a normally sized teenager

- • There were minor details that could have been improved upon. For example, there was always a bottle of mineral water in the room, but when I arrived, it was already opened. This is not a big issue, especially since the bottle was immediately replaced when I mentioned it. However, such minor details were not given special attention.
