Bad experience in a very nice hotel
The hotel is very nice with spectacular decor, and they upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. The views of the skyscrapers are spectacular. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety.

- • The problem was that an e-reader disappeared from our nightstand and was never found. We know it’s not worth much, so it’s really surprising that it was stolen. The hotel management was very attentive but didn’t resolve the issue or offer any alternative. It’s a shame that this incident spoiled our stay a bit; after what happened, I recommend that all guests keep any valuables in the safe.
