very good service, friendly cosy and not too big a place!
Very friendly and competent and helpful staff! The location is very central and yet quiet! The rooftop terrace is very good in the mornings and evenings!

- • The breakfast was not on par with the rest of the hotel! The coffee could be better, the buffet selection could be improved, and even the omelets could be better. But nothing was inadequate, it was still good!

- • Facilities were a bit worn out and the lights were confusing to open and close. Breakfast only until 10am, which I think is too early for people on vacation in SoF. Staff were not as accommodating. The rooms have bulky furniture. The rooms were not being cleaned, you had to ask for your room to be cleaned.

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff set the tone for an exceptional stay. Every team member was genuinely attentive — the concierge in particular was outstanding. Room service was impressively fast, and the rooms were spotless throughout. The spa was the cherry on top: the sauna and massages were simply superb, in a beautifully serene setting. Three days that felt like a dream. The whole team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows. We will absolutely be back — a heartfelt thank you to everyone! 🙏

Lovely hotel great location
Location is fab and staff are extremely friendly and efficient and always willing to help. Our room was lovely and very big and lovely and clean and the breakfast is lovely

- • Swimming pool very difficult to get in and out of and if you have any disability then you would not be able to use it

Superior hotel, excellent services, great welcome, large and very beautiful rooms. Extremely central location, practically 100 meters from the Cannes Film Festival venue on the Croisette.

- • Breakfast needs to be reviewed, not up to the standard for this place. Minimal both in choice and quality. If you order an omelette or an egg, it arrives on a simple white plate without even a minimum of presentation.
