Very nice hotel and our hotel room had a wonderful view of the strip. The room was large and comfortable. We were given lots of goodies to eat and take away. The check-in and concierge staff were very good but the man outside directing traffic not so much.

- • Accessing the hotel was a pain both in and out. We took the shuttle from the ferry but had to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive and then had to walk a mile through the shopping centre to reach the hotel. I would just take a bus or taxi in future. Also walking to the hotel from the strip was not that easy as the entrance was away from the road. We wanted to get a taxi when we left the hotel but the man outside directed us down to another rank where there was a queue and in the end a man from the neighbouring hotel took pity and called us down to his taxi rank where he got us a cab straight away.

Would stay at the hotel again. Can’t fault it. Excellent in every way.
I was pleasantly surprised how modern the hotel was. Everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful especially in recommendations of where to go to eat and where to visit. Could not fault anything about the hotel. Mini bar was free, fruit platter and other nice touches that were made. Convenient to the House of Dancing Waters.

Perfect service = perfect stay
Wow, what a hotel. This could potentially be the best hotel we have ever stayed at. I primarily say this because of the service. Every need of ours was anticipated and far surpassed. When we first arrived (ahead of check-in time, extremely tired and jet lagged), they made a room available for us immediately. They even had time to fill it with balloons for my birthday :-) As no rooms with a view of the Cotai strip were available when we arrived, they held a room for us to move into the next day ... and provided a birthday cake as well. The turndown service was unbelievable ... each night we arrived back to a room that was tidy beyond belief (they even folded all of our dirty clothes we'd thrown on the floor!), with 'surprises' left on our beds (like face masks, or sprays to help us sleep). Additionally, the room itself was a great size and well equipped, as were the amenities provided. For example we had child sized bathrobes and slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel etc. And when it came to check out, the porter was already at our door to escort us and our bags to the hotel shuttle, which we had asked the concierge about the previous night. The location of the hotel was also great - we had a perfect view down the strip, seeing the 'Eiffel Tower', the Londoner, etc etc. Great to see the nights at light. I highly recommend booking here, you will feel like royalty.

It is the best accommodation. I want to stay again.
The room was very clean. It was spacious, the view was great. The water area was large, the bathtub was also large. Breakfast was delicious, and the venue was stylish. The staff was attentive and polite. It was my first trip to Macau, and they answered my questions.
