The staff is extremely friendly, service excellent and the facilities are absolutely stunning. We ate at the Jade Dragon and the food was great. I am definitely coming back and highly recommended this hotel.

All staff are very professional and pay attention in all details. They take care very well for elderly when we stay. I would like to say thank you for the staff, Kyle and Joyce., in check in counter too. They are very nice and helpful during my stay in hotel.

This hotel is perfect in everything! Growth and development! More guests! We were delighted - throughout our trip - the best 5 stars, fully meeting the level. The view from the window is unreal! The check-in counter - fast work, maximum information and assistance! They gave us a map of Macau, explained and showed everything - how to get to the attractions we were interested in. Taxi call - lightning fast! Escort and 24/7 concierge service! THE BEST!
