Nice view but far below a 5-star rating
El Alma del Lago is a nice hotel, well located and relatively close to the center of Bariloche, with a truly spectacular lake view, which is undoubtedly one of its greatest assets.

- • The room was fine and the bed was very comfortable, although nothing particularly remarkable. It even turned out to be a bit small for the category and the value of the hotel. The bathroom also fell short of expectations for a five-star hotel, without too many details or a sense of luxury. The pool is nice and enjoyable, but it also does not create a 'wow' effect in line with the category the hotel aims to offer. The breakfast is adequate, although again falls short for a five-star hotel: the coffee was bad and the quality/variety of the food quite normal. In the end, the experience was not bad, but we feel that the price of the stay is too high for a service and facilities that do not quite meet the standards of a true five-star hotel.

Hello! I always had expectations based on the photos in the publication, sometimes they tend to be a bit misleading and exaggerated, but the view from this hotel is amazing, followed by excellent staff attention and very good preparation for customer service, their patience is commendable, and then the cleanliness of the facilities... simply thank you
