- • A particular front desk agent (at around 11 pm on September 12) was particularly rude to one of the members of our wedding group. Her conduct was unacceptable and prompted a lot of discussion among us. It really cast a bad light on our overall stay.

- • We have travelled all over the world and these are by far the most uncomfortable beds we have ever encountered. I woke up with sore hips and back and my husband woke up with sore shoulders and neck. Very very disappointed.
Inferior to a Best Western (such as the one in Chemainus, for example)

Absolutely stunning hotel and location! We left our bags at reception as we got there early. When we came back later they had our bags in our room which was wonderful! Great staff!
