The amenities were great but the ones I wanted to access were only open on the weekend. I thought the price should have reflected that. We didn't know that the fire pits and the bar were Open on the weekends only when we booked.

- • That everything wasn't open and available. No robes in the room for going to the pool. However everything that was open the pool and restaurant were fantastic. And the rooms were nice with the view but the furniture slightly scratched up

It was very difficult to find a single positive to this hotel after such a bad first impression at the front desk. I would never stay here again after how rudely I was treated. This hotel needs to get a handle on their staff.

- • The staff person at the front desk when I arrived was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the hospitality sector in all of my travels and years of experience working in hotels. I had been approved for a 1pm check-in in the app but when I arrived at 1:15pm he treated me dismissively and with complete DISDAIN and told me there was no way anyone had granted me an early check-in and to come back at 4pm. He was argumentative and arrogant, instead of helpful. I understand that miscommunications and mistakes happen, but not only did he not apologize, he doubled down and blamed the fault on me. He didn't believe me that I had talked to someone from the Prestige, even when I showed him the message from Elizabeth! Worse still, he refused to try to help me find any sort of solution (e.g. switching to a different room type, asking me to wait til 2pm, contacting housekeeping to ask for the room to be prioritized, etc). His only suggestion was that he could just cancel my reservation and I could go elsewhere. Unbelievable. The least service oriented individual I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. If it wasn't for his friendly and problem-solving coworker swooping in and finding me another room easily (which was the same type of room I had booked, so why did he say nothing was available?) this hotel would not have gotten a cent from me.
The hotel is worth another stay for sure!

Our room was on the 4th floor with a great view of the small harbor. The room was a comfortable size and very quiet. Bathroom with separate toilet
