- • Lack of credibility in the reservation. Our reservation was for 6 people and the payment was for 6 people. After our arrival and asking about the extra bed for the third person in the suite, it was rejected and they requested an additional amount despite the payment in the reservation. They claimed that this is Booking's issue and not theirs, and it is better to book directly through the hotel. Also, the full towels were not provided daily.
