Coffee, when some items ran out, took a while to be restocked, restaurant staff using cell phone during breakfast. The room floor was dirty, not noticeable because it is rustic, but if you stayed without slippers, the soles of your feet would get dirty (black). Towels changed only every 2 days; as it was a beach region with hot weather, it should be changed daily if the guest requested. I asked for a towel because I had taken several showers, and it was denied. However, the hotel is very good, needs to correct these items. Also, they handed out an evaluation form and did not give feedback. It seems they do not look at the evaluations.

- • Room cleaning not done every day and towel change, oh man, the towels were not good, thin and not white at all, and you had to wait to have them changed or pay extra, we went to smaller and simpler hotels that changed them and cleaned every day. Not having towels to rent or as a courtesy for the pool, and the TV that doesn't have a good channel, even when traveling children need breaks, they watch something while we pack, arrange suitcases. About the towels, I saw many people complaining. Tourist bus at the Hotel entrance in the morning, very early, I don't know if to pick up customers or leave the engine running all the time, rooms facing the street get all the noise, even if you don't go out early for a walk, you end up waking up.

Met expectations for a quick stay in Natal
