Great stay at this hotel and the customer service team is amazing 200%
Great stay at this hotel that I recommend 100%! The location is truly ideal: close to the city center, perfect for easy transportation, but also very pleasant to admire the Dragon Bridge and go to the beach. I particularly loved being able to watch the Dragon fire show directly from my room, it was a magical experience! The breakfast is simply fabulous: the food is excellent, there is a wide selection, and everything is impeccable. The cleanliness is faultless and honestly, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. A huge thank you to the customer service staff who were absolutely fabulous. Whether it was the team manager or the other two gentlemen, they were exemplary, attentive, and truly incredible throughout the stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone without hesitation!

- • The only small negative point concerns a misunderstanding with the bathroom towels. The cleaning service had removed two used towels that I had left under the sink and had not replaced them. The next day, I found a note on my bed asking where these two towels had gone, which I did not appreciate at all. Traveling alone, I felt somewhat wrongly accused. So, I went to the customer service to explain the situation and even offered to go up to my room and open my suitcase to clarify things. Fortunately, the situation was explained, but I did not find this approach very appropriate.
