Very decent hotel. It's not overcrowded and really good for families and those who prefer relaxed and calm vacation. Helpful staff! Many thanks to the hotel's doctor who has helped my wife when she had problems with her stomach

- • It's a bit strange to write about this) but the rooms' toilets need toilet brushes and air fresheners. Also, I would recommend increasing the number of beach loungers by 3-4 during periods of high hotel occupancy.

The hotel is not bad, but it's absolutely not luxurious. Don't build high expectations.
Seclusion and tranquility that reigns in the hotel. Good snow-white beach. Well-thought-out villas for accommodation. Stayed near the beach. Convenient for visiting VinWonders park and evening walks around the harbor area.

- • Weak breakfasts, tasteless food, old hotel, staff does not meet 5-star level: uninterested, demotivated employees. Only the male gardener, who diligently took care of the area all day (watering from a hose), smiling warmly and sincerely, deserves mention. Didn't like that the deposit was returned in a different currency, unclear what to do with Vietnamese dong afterwards, as we need to fly out. Didn't like the check-in and check-out, many poorly thought-out details (some spa facilities were not functioning throughout the day), few explain anything, this spoils the vacation, they don't inform about the resort's possibilities, a concierge service is definitely needed, at least through What’s App!!! Spa procedures were included in our stay, but we didn't use them. No facilities for relaxing with small children - not even a lift in the main lobby, had to carry the stroller up the stairs. Generally speaking, next time I prefer to vacation in the Cam Ranh region - we liked it better there. Note: my husband is a member of the Vinpearl bonus program, but no one even asked about it.

Silence. It was very quiet, secluded, calm. There were always free sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. In general, the hotel is created for some kind of reboot, relaxation, unhurriedness. There are no active events, children's room, etc. There is only nature and silence.

- • There is no shade in the pool for children, nowhere to hide from the sun. The food in the hotel's on-site restaurant is monotonous, no children's menu. The restaurant staff is a bit slow. Also, there were no shelves in the closet.
Quick trip but good!
We had a quick stop here and should have booked at least 2-3 nights or more to enjoy the facilities and the island itself, there’s a lot to do and see! Great for families and adults!

Such a cozy, well-kept, atmospheric hotel, the best staff, all friendly, caring, helpful, respond very quickly to requests. The territory is stunning, the best sunsets in Vietnam
