- • The hotel looks one way, but when you go up to the rooms it's another. It seems remodeled without being remodeled, quite dirty, the rooms are the same, they leave a lot to be desired in terms of maintenance and cleanliness.

- • That the stoves didn't turn on in 2 days of 6 degrees. That they talk to you from reception sitting down from an adjacent office. That the mattress is deformed. That the room has no decoration. That the bathroom was so small. That the maintenance of the curtains was not good
