Loyalty rewarded, satisfied customer
Having returned as a stop before leaving Lima, they surprised us by rewarding us with a free upgrade to the suite on the seventh floor (too bad we had the taxi to the airport at 4:15 in the morning and only spent part of the night in this fantastic room). Icing on the cake: since breakfast opened after our departure, they provided us with a takeaway box.

Nice hotel, room service quality and reception to be enhanced
Room with a very large and generally clean bed. Central location in the San Isidro neighborhood, a stone's throw from the golf club where you can go for a run and close to the Olive Park where you can walk or have breakfast

- • Room service quality (sandwich) not up to par, we were not given the opportunity to wash before the check-in time (we landed in Lima at 4:30 in the morning after two layovers)

Wonderful stay for 10 nights
Stayed for 10 nights and very much enjoyed the experience, special mention to Frank and team on reception who were most helpful, kind, and informative, and Andrea and team in the restaurant whose service was superb - thank you to all for a great stay!

Great for spending a few days in Lima
It is located in a safe and beautiful area. The hotel's decoration and style are nice. The beds and rooms are very comfortable. The attention of the manager Miguel was excellent.
