On the morning of March 26, I was struggling to use iPhone to book an Uber at the lobby of the hotel. Kevin approached me with a smile and asked if I needed help. He is from Lima and his English was very impressive compared to others. He was courteous and very helpful, I hope he will get a promotion soon. He deserves recognition for his willingness to help.

- • Reception Staff: My husband and I are not Peruvian Residents but I do have a Peruvian Citizenship. We were about to pay for the stay but the Hotel wanted to split the bill in two for purposes.
