- • My hotel room and my family's room smelled of CIGARETTE, the smell came from the air conditioning and stayed throughout my stay. The manager justified this by saying 'we can't change people who smoke'. The hotel room was DIRTY, the bathroom is completely rusted, the sink was filled with limescale, the doors were covered in all kinds of stains. The BED WAS DISGUSTING!!! (photo evidence attached) The mattress had yellow and red stains, so did the sheets, the pillows stank. I asked for them to be changed, but I was given equally dirty sheets. The furniture was old, damaged, and even broken. There was very poor soundproofing, I could hear absolutely every movement from the rooms next to mine as well as the noise of the wooden doors. The breakfast had very few choices: cucumber, tomato, hard-boiled eggs, salami, cheese, jam, butter, bread, and watermelon. For drinks: tea, milk, and coffee, no juice. I obviously told all this to the manager who offered to change rooms but the one she showed me was completely similar. Other guests noticed the same damages and had the same complaints. Furthermore, the manager never apologized.

- • I really really wish I read the other reviews before booking - because the bathroom stories are true. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom is meh, hot water was a problem, water pressure was a problem, overall stuff that broke in the meantime has not been fixed (as the shower stand). The hotel is worn down, but to be honest that was expected considering the price - however, I think having a functional bathroom is a must, so overall I don't think it's a good value per price.

- • For two days there was no water and they didn't even warn about the water outage upon check-in. The room was not cleaned once in 4 days. Asked for an airport pickup. They agreed to pick me up for a certain fee. Waited for 30 minutes, ended up coming by taxi. It turned out that the taxi was significantly cheaper. The administrator, who is also the hotel owner, was upset that I called a taxi and asked to pay for the transfer service. The driver lied that the flight was delayed
