- • There were pills found on the floor of the room, and there was more dust on the toilet paper holder.

- • The glass was not cleaned properly. There were many traces of leftover food.
Breakfast was okay, the location was good, the room was nice with a small balcony, and the service staff were very welcoming.

- • 1. The water dispenser was not working, tried to call the front desk but found out the phone was also not working, had to go downstairs to report it. Although it was promptly fixed after reporting, the experience was still not good. 2. When having breakfast, the staff did not seat us and we had to find a table ourselves. The restaurant was crowded at that time, so it took some time to find a seat, which didn't feel very good. These are just suggestions, overall it's still good!
