I cannot understand all the negative reviews. Room and bathroom were tip-top, although the shower head was a bit calcified (Munich water, you just have to deal with it)

The place was very clean and centrally located. The staff was very attentive, especially the cleaning gentleman. The bathroom is quite comfortable
