The best place but facilities could be improved
The location is the best and the rooftop is very good, also the breakfast was delicious maybe a bit scarce they could offer bread and something else but good.

- • The facilities looked worn out, poorly maintained, almost everything needed a renovation, for the price we paid everything should be better maintained and newer, the air conditioning, the TV, the furniture, the bathroom, the pool lights were broken, the indoor pool was under construction... many things look bad.

Comfortable hotel with a good pool
Comfortable room and hotel with good services. The pool is very good and there is space for several guests to sunbathe simultaneously. We took advantage of the steam room which works very well.

- • I have no complaints. I only have one recommendation: change the locks in the rooms because the key issue is very limiting
The best and most charming hotel in the historic center!
Fantastic hotel in the best possible location in the old historic center. The rooftop terrace is breathtaking and you can listen to a Spanish mass on Sunday morning, you are so close to the beautiful church. The rooms are spacious, cool, and luxuriously furnished. We had a room on the first floor overlooking the courtyard, very quiet and super nice location. The staff is fantastic: we arrived with a huge delay but arrangements were made for Marco to be there until late at night to let us in. Furthermore, James helped us with everything (late checkout, taxis, etc.) and you can also have your laundry done at the hotel. Special thanks to Zindy for helping us receive the package we had forgotten at the previous resort! Super sweet!

Great Hotel, super friendly and supportive people
Benjamin, at the Front Desk was exceptionally supportive and friendly. He helped us book a trip to BoraBora, everything went well. He organized an upgrade... all in all a perfect experience
