Location is great, lobby is very nice, staff is friendly. The room I booked with an upgrade was nice and spacious, there were complimentary water bottles, and the bed was very comfortable.

- • The hottest day of the year, I specifically looked for a hotel with a pool. The pool was closed and it should have been clearly indicated that the pool is at Fitness First, not on-site. My shower smelled extremely bad, and the shower head almost fell off, I had to put everything back together myself. I shouldn't have to pay so much for that.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The reception staff were exceptionally kind, understanding, and helpful throughout our stay. Since our young son was unwell, they kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which made a huge difference. They were also incredibly thoughtful and did their best not to disturb him while he was sleeping. We truly appreciated their care and compassion. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast was excellent, the room was spotless and very comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Frankfurt. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant.
