Very cute with some improvements to be made
-Proximity to the center of Bath, literally 10 minutes walk to get there. -Availability of on-site parking at a more advantageous price than parking in the center. -Very beautiful historic building and room as in the picture.

- • -Presence of dust -One of the windows in the room had a small scratch that had been managed by applying tape. -The shower glass was partially misaligned with the edge of the tub because a pin was missing and a screw had been put in its place. These are small details that stand out, especially for a 5-star guesthouse.

Very warm welcome in this beautiful mansion. The room was pleasant and well appointed. The proximity to the city center is very appreciable.

- • It's a detail but impossible to connect to the TV's chrome cast. There was no USB port to charge devices (as the plugs are different). And with the strong heat, air conditioning was missing. But nothing insurmountable!

- • Very tired furniture, unpleasant smell in some rooms. No air conditioning in guest rooms, but the hotel provided basic fans. It feels like a place with dated charm. We stayed in the room on the first floor, and the fumes from the restaurant/kitchen cooking downstairs reached our room, which was not particularly pleasant.

The friendliness of the staff, helpful in everything we asked, which was not little. Everything very clean, changing bed linen and towels every day, and water and teas and coffees in the room. Charming guesthouse.

The grounds round the back of the hotel were lovely. The location was good. The bed was perfect, shower great. Breakfast, plentiful and quite a bit to choose.

- • We went out all day, very early. Came back about 3.00pm to find the room hadn't been done. The dust in the room was pretty bad, could write your name on the telephone in the room.
